The process of looking out for a new job is quite an extensive and desperate one for majority of employees. **Heading to an Interview ?** Here are some extra tips apart from the thousands of articles you get on google.   Interview process is not just the interviewer assessing the candidate, but also an opportunity for candidate to observe and assess the company.  Remember, company has slight interests in you, so just as you would want to put up your best, the company too would like to put up their best during interview.  However its up to us to listen and observe carefully, things like : 1.
