Selling for a sales person never stops irrespective of which
season it is. Scorching Summer or shivering winter, a sales person has to hit
their targets and this cannot happen without visiting the customers and
retailers. But, it is equally important for them to take care of their health
during such times !
Usually the human body maintains at standard temperature, but
when the outside temperature gets hotter than avg body temperature the body’s
cooling mechanism cant keep up and a number of health related health problems
may occur. Here are some of tips to Sales person to take notice and care during
Summer !!
Avoid Sun exposure : Avoid exposing yourself directly to Sun, but when it is inevitable try wearing a sun cap and sun lotion always. Move tasks to indoors or under shade.

Sweat : Sweating is body’s effective mechanism of cooling
itself. While sweating is inevitable, make sure you carry
along deodorants and powders to remove
smell.
Adjust to the heat : Most cases when you tend to travel between
places with varying temperatures, it is important to allow the body to get
acclimatised to the outside temperature, before just moving around. Plan your travel plan accordingly.
Drinks plenty of fluids : Most important way to keep body cool is to have plenty of fluids. On an average a doctor recommends to drink 1 Ltr of water every hour during summer. While we drink plenty of water, just make sure you do not get victimised to water borne diseases. Therefore, always carry packaged mineral water.
Travel when required : Travel only when required and your presence is very much required. Else, make use of technological advancements.
