Deceiving Designation!!
Everyone of us are striving to grow in an organization, thus continuously and tirelessly working without understanding the contribution towards the organizational goal. Apologies for the harsh statement, but that's a true fact that most employees are tirelessly working today without having knowledge on the impact what their work would have towards achieving the organization vision / goals. What are they working for ? Growing in the organization and climbing the ladder! Why ? Because it feels good to be called Vice President rather than Manager / Officer ! Right ?
