Recent events in the game of cricket has grabbed everyone's attention in a country where "Cricket" is another religion.The head coach of Indian cricket team resigned from his post after reporting difference between him and captain's style. 



Here is what he wrote on Twitter which got viral instantly. 


People took to social media raising their voices and disappointment over the captain's behaviour and that ego of captain had won.

Let's wear corporate glasses and look into this issue.

We all do at some point of time do not agree to some aspect / strategies of our managers right ? Sometimes it is us who are close to the customer and understand the project much better than the manager, but it is the experience what the manager brings in which can help the organization. But finally both you and your manager are working towards the same organizational goal.

So the difference in your opinions can happen and need not be that you are always right and same with the Manager need not be right always.

Therefore, in this case of Anil Kumble and Virat Kohli both are great assets to Indian Cricket and we as commoners do not understand or have information as what is the probable reason for this difference in opinion.

So let us refrain from raising our opinions and thrashing the other person for not being gentleman !

But many times the company plans to achieve these strategies by squeezing the existing resources.
